Gossaigaon, Nov, 15: Reo Reoa Narzihary, executive member of the Bodo Territorial Region’s (BTR)
department of industry, legal metrology, skill development and entrepreneurship ceremonially
inaugurated the Connection Point Academy under the Union ministry of corporate affairs in Srirampur,
Chowpati on Wednesday.
The Connection Point Academy was inaugurated in the presence of Munmun Singha Choudhury,
director of the academy, Sajal Kumar Singha, MCLA, 3 No. Srirampur BTC Constituency, Abdul Aziz Khan,
retired principal of the Bhawraguri-Binyakhata Higher Secondary School and other intellectuals.
Speaking on the occasion, Munmun Singha Choudhury said, “The main purpose of the Connection Point
Academy is to train the educated unemployed youth in various subjects such as aviation, tourism, hotel
management, etc. We will be offering diploma courses in aviation, hospitality and travel and tourism
management.”
The Academy has already enrolled 42 students in various subjects, Choudhury further said.
Choudhury acclaimed fame as a bestselling author, human resource consultant and a cabin \crew
trainer. ‘Let’s Fly High Together’ is her latest book to be released. She possesses much experience in the
aviation sector with national and international airlines and is dedicated to spreading awareness among
youths in society about the aviation industry and its employment opportunities.
She further asserted that Connection Point Academy and MCLA cum Chief Advisor Sajal Kumar Singha
stepped together to achieve the highest standard of excellence, taking new initiatives in the world of
aviation and hotel education in the region. Whether it’s serving the nation and its people or helping
aspiring youths to achieve their dreams of flying in the sky, the academy aspires to offer proper
guidance and opportunities to its students.
