DONGKAMUKAM: The two-day training programme on “Child and Women Care in Relief Camps and Temporary Shelter” was organised by the Disaster Management Authority at Assistance Revenue Office (ARO) Office Dongkamukam, West Karbi Anglong, in collaboration with Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA). The resource persons for the training were Romali Teronpi, W&CD, DMC, DHEW, Karbi Anglong, and Jirleen Rongpipi Centre Administrator. In the training on preparedness and planning to meet any eventuality in West Karbi Anglong, meeting emergencies in the hills was emphasised.
