Margherita, Jan 10: A young woman has been reported missing from Borgolai’s Shantipur Line under the Margherita police station in Assam.
The missing woman has been identified as Priya Kuri, daughter of Raju Kuri, a resident of Borgolai Shantipur Line. According to her family, Priya went out for an evening walk around 5 pm on January 5 and did not return home thereafter.

Family members said they searched extensively at all possible locations but failed to trace her whereabouts. Following this, an FIR was lodged at the Margherita Police Station, seeking police assistance to locate her.
The family has appealed to the public for help and urged anyone with information about Priya Kuri’s whereabouts to contact 9395710056, 9435723002, 8974903382, or inform the nearest police station.
Police have launched an investigation, while concern continues to grow over the young woman’s unexplained disappearance.
