Youth Killed in Road Accident Near Lakhimpur’s Naoboicha

Lakhimpur, 18 Oct: A 22-year-old youth from Phulbari in Lakhimpur district died after being hit by an unidentified vehicle near Naoboicha Lathou on National Highway 15 on November 17 evening. The victim was identified as Raktim Bora, son of late Prashanta Bora from 2 No. Dhemaguri, Phulbari.

Raktim was returning home from his workplace in Lakhimpur town on his motorcycle (AS 07 S 39977) when the accident occurred. He was taken to a private nursing home in Lakhimpur, where he died during treatment at around 10:30 AM.

Raktim was employed at a pharmacy on CD Road in Lakhimpur. His death has caused sorrow among residents of Lakhimpur town and his home area in Phulbari.
