Minister Dr Rajkumar Ranjan Singh said, “I am very happy to be here at Pragati E-Vichaar Literature Festival 2023, this is a merely encouraging activity. Although we publish books regularly we need to organize such kinds of festivals to promote the regular habit of reading by the communities. This is a good opportunity provided by the organizers of PVLF, so if we continue these kinds of activities India will soon be a Vishwa Guru.”

Minister Bhupendra Yadav, the Union Cabinet Minister of Labour and Employment, Environment, Forest and Climate Change added, “We need to maintain the consumption of resources to save biodiversity, such as the use of paper as India believes in an environment-friendly lifestyle, the paper is recycled for consumption. We need to start having the concept of reuse and recycling to save the environment.”

Pranav Gupta, Festival Director maintained, “Within one year, we have achieved great success by having a five-day virtual session and a one-day physical event where we have a powerpack lineup of speakers and some sessions which have been specifically curated that is a need for the literary ecosystem as well as the publishing standards. If we talk about the PVLF Excellence award, we’ve expanded that into different other categories that we conceptualize, so we have PVLF readers’ choice awards in English and Hindi.”
