3rd North-East Foodtech To Showcase Over 90 Companies From May 13

GUWAHATI, May 10: The third edition of North-East Foodtech-2022, the landmark trade exhibition for the food and hospitality industry in north-east India, is scheduled to be held from May 13-15. Organised by Kolkata Foodtech in collaboration with the All Assam Restaurant Association and the Hotel & Restaurant Association of Assam, the NE Foodtech will be held at Maniram Dewan Trade Centre. Announcing the trade exhibition, the organisers informed that it will showcase around 90 reputed companies from all over India who will take part in the three-day exhibition.

“About 90 reputed companies from all over India will display their products/services for three days in the vibrant platform. This exposition will focus on the state of Assam as the right destination for the investment in the food processing and hospitality sector. As we all are aware that Covid-19 has taught us how important food safety and hygiene are. Food packaging plays a pivotal role in the line of food hygiene. The 3rd North East Foodtech will bring a bunch of innovative ideas in the field of food preparation & packaging,” said Zakir Hossain, chief convener of North-East Foodtech.

A wide range of Processed Food & Beverages, Food packaging Technology, Bakery & Confectionery Equipment, Hospitality industry products, Food display systems, Sweet & snacks making technology, Food additives & ingredients, Food flavors & decorative products, Food & Hospitality Industry IT solutions will be displayed in this huge platform. Several thousand trade visitors from entire north-eastern states and border countries are expected to visit this trade show for three days.

The organisers believe that 3rd North East Foodtech is an ideal platform for Bakers, Confectioners, hoteliers, restaurateurs, Food processors, sweetmeats, banquets & other food businesses to increase their awareness of the innovation in the food & hospitality sector.
