GUWAHATI, April 9: Donning the victor’s crown for the second year in a row, JSB Infrastructures announced on Saturday, that they have been honoured with four prestigious awards in the 14th REALTY+ Conclave & Excellence Awards, EAST 2022. JSB Infrastructures has won the Budget Housing Project of the Year (Non-Metro) for its project JSB SpringField; Developer of The Year – Residential (Non-Metro); Excellence in Delivery for its project JSB Aranya and PropTech Realty Firm of the Year. This is the second year in a row that JSB has managed to bag multiple medals for its excellent performance.

Notably, the 14th REALTY+ Conclave & Excellence Awards | EAST 2022, was held virtually on March 26 last. The day was marked by insightful conversations among leading industry experts followed by a glittering felicitation ceremony in the evening. The awards were decided by a panel of 12 experts from across the country.
