GUWAHATI, Dec 12: The four-day long Branding Mahotsav organised by the country’s leading express logistics company DTDC concluded with a grand success in Guwahati in the presence of DTDC chairman and managing director Subhasish Chakraborty.
On this occasion, DTDC executive director Abhishek Chakraborty, director (customer experience) Arpita C Mittra, vice president Kaushik Bhattacharjee, Northeast head Sukanta Biswas, Shantanu Chakraborty and other senior officials were present in the function organized at DTDC Regional office at Last Gate, Beltola. During the four-day Branding Mahotsav, DTDC Chairman and managing director Subhasish Chakraborty personally visited all the Guwahati-based company stores and re branded total of 54 stores with the new rebranding look of DTDC. During this, CMD Subhasish Chakraborty personally interacted with all the channel partners of DTDC to know about their experiences and challenges faced during work. On this occasion, CMD Chakraborty also gave his valuable suggestions to all his channel partners for overall development. Speaking on the occasion executive director Abhishek Chakraborty announced that from January 1st in the new year, E-commerce delivery COD service will be available to customers in all DTDC stores. He further said that with over 15,000+ channel partners strategically deployed across the country, DTDC serves 96% of the Indian population. The network covers 14,000+ pin codes across India and 400+ pin codes in the North-East region, making DTDC the preferred logistics partner for businesses and individuals.
