HT BureauGUWAHATI, Dec 2: Guwahati’s restaurant, Rang De Basanti Urban Dhaba was renamed Rang De Basanti Dhaba – Diner. The hundred-seater outlet has upgraded both its ambience and its menu, making it more experiential for its customers.
“Rang De Basanti Dhaba – Diner centers around the idea of getting the freshness and affordability of the highway dhaba within the access of a city without the shortcomings of a traditional dhaba. We have redesigned the outlet & menu to optimise and refine the dhaba experience for our guests,” said Raj Dwip Pandey, VP-Operations, Zing Restaurants.
The ambience of the all new diner depicts a typical marketplace with elements featuring a photocopy and PCO kiosk, tea stall, tailor shop, and a desi thela. It is brighter and more colourful with illustrations, plants, murals & graffiti, and a live counter.
