Situated in the fertile soils and optimal climate of Assam, renowned for its tea-rich heritage, the new tea estate is a strategic move by Zetta Farms to create a sustainable tea production model. Despite being one of the most organized sectors in the economy and the second most consumed beverage in India after water, the tea industry has faced challenges with low income for farm workers.
