Joint security & coordination meeting held at imphal

GUWAHATI, May 16: A Security & Coordination meeting was conducted at the 1st Manipur Rifles in Imphal. The meeting was attended by senior officers of all central & state forces deployed in Imphal city. Officers of the Army, Assam Rifles, Manipur Police, CRPF, BSF, and RAF attended the meeting that was steered by the Assam Rifles. During the conduct of the meeting, all the stakeholders deliberated upon the measures to be undertaken in event of future contingencies. The participants also discussed steps to synergize the efforts of all security forces to maintain peace & harmony in Imphal city.
