Meghalaya: MLTR to perform at Me.gong Festival

TURA, Sept 25: The Meghalaya chief minister, Conrad K Sangma, attended the Meghalaya Grass-roots Music organised at DC Park, Tura, as the chief guest on 23rd September, where he informed that the objective of Meghalaya Grassroots is to financially support the talented youth in the field of music.

He also informed that this year the Me.gong Festival will be organised at Jengjal and the international rock bands also will be invited. ‘Michael Learns to Rock’ according to the chief minister, will be performing at Me.gong Festival.
