Milonjyoti Sangha clinch Champion Title

JORHAT, Dec 11: Milonjyoti Sangha ,Sotai clinched the champion title in Jorhat A Division football league . Milonjyoti defeated Teok Sub Association Football Team by tiebreaker (3-1)  in the final match played in the ground of Kalyani Sports ground on Tuesday .

The match was finished with no goal scored from both teams in stipulated time. As a champion in the league Milonjyoti received the running shield with a cash prize of Rs 10 thousand. Teok Sub Association also awarded by runner up trophy and Rs 5 thousand as cash prize.

Kopil Bora of Teok Sub Association adjudged the ‘Best Player ‘ of the league while Samujjal Bora re presenting Milonjyoti bagged the ‘Best Player’ in the final match.

Prakash Goswami, Dhurba jyoti Sabhapandit ex state players, Lalit Bora, and many dignitaries were present in the prize distribution ceremony.
