Nuruddin Senior Cricket: Golaghat beat Titabor

Morigaon, May 23: In a crucial match, Golaghat defeated Titabor by 108 runs in a Group B match of the Nuruddin Trophy Senior Inter-District Cricket Tournament being held at Khirud Barua Stadium, Morigaon on Tuesday. Golaghat started their second innings and scored 187 with loss of 9 wickets in 44-00 overs. Golaghat scored 187 with the help of Deepankar Gogoi (45), Sandeep Pal (39) and Burgis Hazarika (39). Master Queen Kumar Thengal got 6 wickets for Titabor. In the second innings, Titabor lost all wickets for 114 runs in 39-2 overs with the help of Master Queen Kumar Thengal (53) and Parth Khaklari (25). Dipu Gogoi took 3 wickets for Golaghat while Sunny Parashar, Appa Rao and Deepankar Gogoi took 2 wickets each.
