GUWAHATI, May 10: LG Electronics opened the first direct service centre in northeast states at Guwahati on Tuesday. With an assurance of offering speedy and quality services to the north-eastern market, LG Electronics has unveiled its 49th direct service center in India.
Commenting on the occasion, Ashok Chugh, service head, India said, “With consumers at the core of all our operations, we have always strived to offer the highest levels of convenience and comfort to them through our products and services. India’s north-east is a very important market for LG, and we are happy to open our first direct service center in the region. Over the years, our customers have appreciated the differentiated services provided by LG and we shall remain invested in progressively elevating our overall consumer experience through various such initiatives.”
The new 4500 Sq. Ft. service center located in Panjabari in Guwahati was inaugurated by Tae Jin Chang, head of department, Customer Service, LG Electronics. The facility will have over 50 skilled engineers who will further enhance the service operation of the north-east region. This will further strengthen the company’s presence in the region.
