GOSSAIGAON, Oct 19: The Sajal Foundation, operating under the patronage of Sajal Kumar Singha, MCLA 3 No. Srirampur BTC Constituency, has been dedicated to carrying out noble deeds, especially for those in need and on various special occasions since 2009.

In line with their commitment to making a positive impact, the Sajal Foundation organized a heartwarming event in Bhomrabil Market. They distributed 200 sarees to Hindu women at the Sarvajanik Dura Mandir, making the occasion even more special.

Additionally, the foundation played a vital role in supporting the Borofa Mushroom Mission initiated by the BTC Government. They distributed cheques to 25 Self-Help Groups at the Community Hall in Bhomrabil, with the aim of empowering women through mushroom cultivation and various product development, ultimately helping them become self-reliant and achieve financial success.

Sajal Kumar Singha, while distributing the cheques among the Self-Help Groups, emphasized the mission’s goal of contributing to the development of society by making rural women self-sufficient through mushroom farming and elevating them to millionaire status.
