“The second executive meeting of the RC with 20 Sub-Committees will be held on November 5 at Sarsing Teron (Langkung Habe) Memorial Town Hall. On that day all the sub-committees will have to submit their budget as required,” Tokbi said while addressing a press conference.

He also said in additional to the existing 20 sub-committees another sub-committee i.e. foreign guests sub-committee has been formed with former MLA Dharamsing Teron as chairman.

“This separate sub-committee has been formed in order to entertain guests coming from outside India, as Ambassadors and other dignitaries from neighbouring countries have been invited in the KYF golden jubilee celebration,” he added.

The RC general secretary also mentioned that in every sub-committee departmental officer has been included as member secretary. Like every year for contribution towards KYF, there is deduction of one day basic pay from KAAC employees and from other departmental employees and the RC general secretary has asked the officers of concerned departments to submit the one day basic pay amount of the employees to the accountants appointed by the RC.
