BOKAJAN, Feb 11: During a routine inspection on Saturday evening, police in Karbi Anglong made a significant discovery inside a bus. Under the jurisdiction of Khatkhati Police Station, officers conducted checks and stopped a bus bearing registration number AR 02 6321, which was en route from Dimapur, Nagaland. Upon inspection, authorities uncovered a package containing suspected heroin weighing approximately 10.480 grams from a passenger’s bag. Subsequently, Khamba Phom, a 43-year-old resident of Yeangching, Longleng district, Nagaland, was arrested in connection with the incident.
