IMPHAL, May 28: Security forces have arrested four militants belonging to different proscribed outfits from Thoubal and Imphal West districts of Manipur, police said on Wednesday.
An active cadre of the banned Kangleipak Communist Party (PWG) was arrested from Yairipok Bishnunaha in Thoubal on Tuesday, while two members of PREPAK were apprehended from Leirongthel Pitra in the district on Monday, they said.
Another cadre of the banned KCP (PWG) was arrested from Khonghampat Mantri Leikai in Imphal West on Tuesday, a police officer said.

Meanwhile, the security forces during an operation at Torbung and Teijang villages in Churachandpur district recovered arms and ammunition on Tuesday, including rifles, hand grenades and other explosives, he said. (PTI)
