Guwahati, 25 Oct: Sonapur police arrested three individuals from Zubeen Kshetra late on Friday night following separate incidents of suspicious and disruptive behaviour.
While the district administration was preparing to implement a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) specific to Zubeen Kshetra, police detained two individuals and brought them to Sonapur police station. Later, around 12:30 am, another individual displaying suspicious activity was arrested. The person was identified as Boko’s Ankur Pran Boro.

In a separate incident, a man reportedly under the influence of alcohol challenged the SOP enforcement by shouting abusively and causing a disturbance at the site. Police arrested him along with an associate at around 2 am and took both to the station. Authorities stated that measures will continue to maintain law and order at Zubeen Kshetra.
