Assam Rifles Public School observes National Education Day

BISWANATH CHARIALI, Nov 11: Assam Rifles Public School (ARHS), Lokra observed National Education Day on Tuesday by organising an essay competition to commemorate the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, the first Education Minister of independent India.

The event aimed to highlight the importance of education and pay tribute to Maulana Azad’s contributions to the nation’s educational development. A total of 39 students participated enthusiastically, showcasing their writing skills and sharing thoughtful perspectives on the role of education in shaping India’s future.

The competition was coordinated and supervised by six teachers and two officers, ensuring active participation and fair evaluation. Such initiatives by Assam Rifles Public School reflect the institution’s commitment to promoting holistic education and nurturing critical and creative thinking among students.
