A total of 71 Bodo-medium students will receive focused coaching in Mathematics, General Science and English. Three qualified Bodo-medium teachers, one for each subject have been engaged for the camp, with additional honorarium provided by the District Commissioner.
The inauguration was attended by Assistant Commissioner Rajen Acharya, District Education Officer Prabhat Das, School Management Committee president Jogeswar Das, office-bearers of the Balipara Boro Sahitya Sabha and the All Bodo Students’ Union, along with headmasters, teachers and students.
Addressing the gathering, DC Ananda Kumar Das emphasised that no student should be deprived of quality education due to geographic or social disadvantages. He also distributed free educational kits to all 71 students, encouraging them to study diligently, build confidence and strive for excellence in the upcoming HSLC examination.
