Arunachal Pradesh launches AI & ML skilling programme for students and youth

GUWAHATI, Dec 23: The Government of Arunachal Pradesh has announced the launch of an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI–ML) Skilling Programme in collaboration with Ranchovation Labs Pvt Ltd., supported by IIT Delhi. The initiative aims to equip students and youths of the state with cutting-edge AI and ML skills, enhancing their employability in emerging technology sectors.

The programme offers a 60-hour AI Job Ready course designed for college students, graduates and young professionals, focusing on practical skills and industry-relevant knowledge. In addition, a 5-day AI Explorer Bootcamp has been introduced for school students from Classes 6 to 12, providing them with an early exposure to AI concepts and hands-on learning experiences. The training programme is scheduled to commence on 12 January 2026 and interested participants are encouraged to enroll to benefit from this state-supported initiative aimed at building a skilled workforce in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
