Guwahati, Dec 26: The Assam Direct Recruitment Examination process has entered its final phase, with the state authorities announcing the schedule for the distribution of appointment letters to successful candidates.

According to the official update, candidates selected for Grade IV posts will receive their appointment letters on January 9, while those selected for Grade III posts will be issued letters on January 10.

The distribution programme will be held at Sarusajai Stadium in Guwahati. All selected candidates have been asked to report at the venue at 10:00 am on their respective dates. Officials have advised candidates to arrive on time to ensure smooth conduct of the programme.

The ADRE recruitment drive is one of the largest recruitment exercises undertaken by the Assam government in recent years and aims to fill a significant number of vacancies across various departments. The distribution of appointment letters will formally mark the completion of the recruitment process for these posts.

Authorities have clarified that only candidates selected under the ADRE process should attend the programme and must carry necessary documents as per earlier instructions. A large turnout is expected at Sarusajai Stadium, reflecting the scale and importance of the recruitment exercise.
