GUWAHATI, March 5: Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles has announced the release of a special edition motorcycle, the Yezdi Roadster ‘Red Wolf’, was launched on March 3, 2026, coinciding with the Red Moon night.
The model draws inspiration from the brand’s iconic motorcycles of the 1970s and features a retro-styled deep red finish complemented by extensive chrome detailing.
The new Roadster Red Wolf retains the company’s 350 Alpha2 liquid-cooled engine paired with a six-speed gearbox along with an assist and slipper clutch.
Designed as a long-haul roadster, the motorcycle combines vintage styling with modern performance features including dual-channel ABS, LED lighting and touring-friendly ergonomics.
The motorcycle features a sculpted fuel tank, wide rear and hugger fenders, and the widest-in-segment rear tyre to enhance its road presence.
A rich brown seat, modular solo-pillion configuration and bobber-style tail design contribute to its retro aesthetic.
The twin-barrel exhaust produces the signature sound associated with the Yezdi Roadster range.
Anupam Thareja, Co-founder of Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, said the Red Wolf continues the legacy of Yezdi as one of the few classic motorcycle brands with deep roots in India’s motorcycling history.
He noted that the model blends the brand’s vintage design cues with modern engineering built for contemporary riders and Indian road conditions.
The motorcycle is equipped with a 12.5-litre fuel tank offering a range of over 350 kilometres.
Centre-forward footpegs are designed to create a relaxed riding posture, while telescopic front forks and dual rear shocks aim to provide stability and comfort on long rides.
Braking duties are handled by 320 mm front and 240 mm rear discs supported by dual-channel ABS.
The bike features a seat height of 795 mm and ground clearance of 171 mm.
The Yezdi Roadster Red Wolf will be available at authorised dealerships across India at an introductory price of ₹2,09,950 (ex-showroom Delhi). The model will also be supported by the company’s Ownership Assurance Programme, which includes a four-year or 50,000-kilometre standard warranty, extended warranty options, roadside assistance and annual maintenance plans available for up to five years through more than 450 sales and service touchpoints nationwide.
