Nagaon Police Rescues Missing Children

NAGAON, Sept 7: Nagaon police on Wednesday made a breakthrough and were able to rescue the two children who went missing from Nagaon Civil Hospital a few days back.

Police also ascertained the identity of the female patient who succumbed to her burn injuries on Monday evening at her hospital bed, sources added.

Nagaon police rescued the missing girl first and on basis of her statement, subsequently police rescued the 3 years old boy from a household of Samaguri Dijubasti area on Wednesday afternoon, sources said, adding that the woman who succumbed to her injury had been identified as Karuna Murda, wife of one Munna Ghoria of Dhekiajuli Batasipur near railway station.
