Morigaon, Nov 26: The Nehru Yuba Kendra (NYK), Morigaon supported by the Mahendra Kandali Accademy celebrated the India’s Constitution Day on Saturday. On the eve of the Constitution Day, a speech and quiz competition was organised by NYK among the students, at Mahendra Kandali Academy. The speech & quiz competition was participated by more than 50 students.
The principal of Mahendra Kandali Academy Sunita Barua spoke on the Constitution Day at length in the programme. Dhananjoy Talukdar, accountant, NYK delivered a valuable speech on the Father of the Indian Constitution Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and the importance of the Constitution Day which highly impressed the attended students. The programme was attended by the secretary of SMC Kangkang Sarma, advocate Mintu Nath. In the speech competition the speeches of Gargi Bharati and Jan Cris Deka made everyone spellbound.
