KSA president Thomson Rongpi said that a few KSA members caught Nishan Jain red handed in a compromising state with a woman at around 8 pm on January 6, 2023.

A few days after the incident, Nishan Jain filed an FIR at the Diphu Police Station alleging that he was kidnapped and taken to a destination and asked to remove his clothes.

As per the FIR complaint, police on January 9 picked-up president, Diphu District Committee, KSA, William Tisso. But he was released the same day on plea by KSA members. On January 30, police again arrested two KSA leaders Rakesh Terang, secretary of Diphu District Committee (DDC) of the Thomson Rongpi faction and Paul Terang, vice president DDC of the Samson Teron faction, said Rongpi.

The KSA president said, “We have demanded the CEM to cancel the trading license of Nishan Jain and shut down his business establishments. On our request the trading license of Nishan Jain and his business establishments were shut down. We have also demanded that Nishan Jain, who is polluting the society with his immoral character, should be arrested.”

Today the DC, Madhumita Bhagawati, called the KSA members to her official residence here to discuss the present situation. During the discussion, the KSA members have requested the DC to give bail to both Rakesh Terang and Paul Terang and also arrest Nishan Jain immediately.
