MORIGAON, March 22: Hapkido Sports’ Organisation, Assam and Morigaon district Karate Santha on Wednesday jointly organised a felicitation programme at Morigaon Karate Santha here. Hapkido Sports’ Organisation, Assam felicitated 39 awardees who brought laurels by receiving medals in the Hapkido championship held in Delhi -2022.
Deputy commissioner Devashis Sarma felicitated the 39 awardees in presence of the president of BJP Prabin Medhi, Morigaon, president of HSOA Dolphin Majumder, coach of Hapkido and Karate Manash Kr. Nath, Morigaon.
A meeting in keeping with the felicitation ceremony held here which was presided over by Birinchi Sarma , president of MDJA. Deputy commissioner Devashis Sarma and superintendent of police Hemanta Kr. Das also presented belt and certificate to 403 students’ of the district who passed colour belt exam. Besides deputy commissioner Devashis Sarma formally presented the Black Belt to Jitumoni Das (25), Jagiroad in the meeting.
