GUWAHATI, Nov 6: Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya on Thursday administered the oath of office to Prabhati Thaosen as the Chairperson of the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) at a ceremony held in the Conference Hall of the Brahmaputra Wing at Raj Bhavan.

Earlier, Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam Dr Ravi Kota sought the Governor’s permission to commence the proceedings.
