Assam: Several From APHLC, ASDC Join BJP

DONGKAMUKAM, April 19: The former president of West Karbi Anglong District Congress Committee (WKADCC), Sarthe Kramsa who had earlier joined the BJP, brought his followers and Opposition workers from All Party Hills Leaders Conference and Autonomous State Demand Committee (ASDC) to join the BJP in a programme held at the district party office at Ghilani, West Karbi Anglong in presence of the chief executive member (CEM) of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), Tuliram Ronghang.

On the occasion, chief guest, CEM Ronghang, “No other but the BJP will form the Council. So don’t waste your valuable vote by casting it for another party in the coming member of Autonomous Council (MAC) election which will be held in the last week of May. Support us for peace, development, employment and for changes that is taking place.”

MP, Horensing Bey, MLA, Rupsing Teron, executive members of KAAC, Jagatsing Engti, Prodip Rongpi, Ratan Teron, MACs, DU Maslai, Prabhat Ch. Taro and Pawan Kumar Ray and Board chairmen KAAC, president of BJP, WKADC Radip Ronghang and supporters were present on the occasion.
