KHERONI, Feb 3: Karbi Anglong’s Atur-Kimi Academy organised an initiative for the students aimed at enriching education through experiential learning.

As part of the event, Atur-Kimi Academy organised competitions like quizzes and painting contests, allowing students to enjoy the process of learning in a natural setting. Notably, the hill district of Karbi Anglong has long faced educational challenges, often lagging behind in academic progress. However, since its establishment in 2007, Atur-Kimi Academy has played a significant role in promoting education and shaping bright futures for students in the hills region.
Initially founded in Diphu, Karbi Anglong district by social worker Bajong Tisso, the institution later expanded to Jengkha in West Karbi Anglong district, further strengthening its educational impact.
Over the years, Atur-Kimi Academy has been instrumental in guiding students towards success, producing professionals such as doctors and engineers.
