DIBRUGARH, Dec 2: BroadArks Foundation, in collaboration with Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL), proudly announced the launch of the ‘Healthcare Skill Development Program’ for the fiscal year 2024-25.
The inauguration ceremony took place at BroadArks Centre, Milan Nagar, Dibrugarh, in the presence of esteemed representatives from BCPL, other distinguished guests, media friends, and an enthusiastic batch of students.
This program is a key initiative under BCPL’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, aimed at empowering local youth with industry-relevant skills in the healthcare sector.
Designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, the program will equip participants with the necessary technical knowledge, hands-on training, and professional skills to build sustainable careers in healthcare.
Speaking at the event, a senior representative from BCPL remarked, “We are delighted to partner with BroadArks Foundation for this meaningful initiative. Investing in skill development is essential for fostering a skilled workforce, and we are committed to contributing to the socio-economic upliftment of the region through such impactful programs.”
The CEO of BroadArks Foundation, Dr Kaveri Dutta, emphasised the organisation’s mission to create opportunities for skill development and employment.
“This initiative is a testament to our commitment to nurturing talent and addressing the growing demand for skilled healthcare professionals. Together with BCPL, we aim to bridge the gap between industry requirements and youth capabilities,” he added.
The program’s curriculum is designed to meet industry standards and includes modules on healthcare services, patient care, and modern medical practices.
Participants will also benefit from placement assistance to help them secure meaningful employment after completing the training.
This initiative is expected to have a transformative impact on the region by not only enhancing employability but also addressing critical healthcare needs.
