MORIGAON, Nov 23: Delta Public School (DPS), Morigaon celebrated its 5th Foundation Day on Wednesday with a day-long programme in the school premises.
The 5th Foundation Day started with the lighting of a ceremonial lamp by cutting the red-ribbon by senior journalist, Upen Deka.
A felicitation programme was organised, which was conducted by the principal of DPS, Ratul Basumatary, in the presence of the president of SMC Syam Das, secretary Pinku Nath, Nijara Devi.
Speaking on the occasion, Upen Deka urged the students to be inspired by the ideology of the great philosopher Swami Vivekananda.
Later, the principal of DPS provided a vote of thanks in the programme.
