KOKRAJHAR, July 2: A one-day training cum workshop on the implementation of e-office in the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTC) concluded on Saturday at the Bodofa Cultural Complex in Kokrajhar. The event was attended by the chief executive member of the Bodoland Territorial Region, Pramod Boro, executive members, and senior officials of the BTC Secretariat.
The objective of the program was to streamline and digitise governance processes to ensure transparency and improve the delivery of public services to the citizens. Experts in e-office-related activities provided training on the implementation of e-office to the participants, creating an environment of enthusiasm.
CEM Pramod Boro stated the importance of digitising departmental works through the e-office management initiative. This digitisation will enhance efficiency, reduce process time cycles, and contribute to the goal of good governance in the government. He highlighted that streamlining and digitising governance processes through the e-office initiative will greatly improve the delivery of public services to the citizens.
Boro expressed his satisfaction that staff and employees of the BTC Secretariat were given the opportunity to receive training on the implementation of e-office. He stated that the training and workshop are paving the way for learning and acquiring knowledge in e-office management, which is beneficial for the citizens of the Bodoland region.
