HOWRAGHAT, Jan 7: Howraghat Tin Ali Regional Kachari Samaj celebrated its 74th foundation day in Howraghat Tin Ali, Karbi Anglong district on Tuesday.

Howraghat Tin Ali Regional Kachari Samaj president Hari Narzary hoisted the organisation’s flag in the morning.
