SIVASAGAR, Dec 16: Freedom fighter and a distinguished priest centenarian Gopal Chandra Borpujari passed away in his residence at Meteka Kurula Kotia village on Friday morning.
Borpujari was hugely popular among all sections of people even though he was a pious Brahmin priest. Borpujari is survived by three sons and a daughter. His last rites will be performed on Saturday.
