GUWAHATI, April 8: Gratifying the International Health Day, LGBI Airport celebrated the day in search of spiritual immunity for the staff and officers of the airport. An event “Increase Spiritual Immunity through Rajyoga Meditation” was organised at the airport which was attended by several stakeholders serving the busiest airport in the north-east region. BK Vandana and BK Supta from the ‘Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya’ graced the occasion with a programme of lucid words and meditation. BK Vandana inspired the team to take out time to take care of mental health which is the root cause of several diseases. This was followed by a meditation session. VK Supta emphasised that achieving emotional wellness and immunity has become a key challenge in modern days. VK Vandana also said that there is a need to pause and reflect on one’s priorities in life. She unveils different aspects of thoughts that influence the human mind and their subsequent actions.
