Through the STAR initiative, TKM aims to provide a platform for talented individuals to enhance their skills and knowledge of advanced technologies to meet the growing demands of the automotive sector. To promote women empowerment, the program offers a 30 percent reservation for female students. The selection process for the scholarships involves a written test followed by an interview with eligible students. Upon completion of the TTEP curriculum, students enrolled in the STAR program will undergo internships at Toyota dealerships for a minimum period of 6 to 12 months.
