SIVASAGAR, Jan 12: Sivasagar Inspector of Schools Kamaljyoti Gogoi, has been named for the inaugural ‘Janji Valley Award-2023’ for his inspiring leadership in improving the quality of school education in the Sivasagar educational circle.
The award will be presented to Gogoi during the ‘Janji Amguri River Festival-2022-23 scheduled to be held in the ‘Peneraghat Samannay Khetra’, Amguri from January 16 to 19.

It is to be noted that Sivasagar district achieved the first position among the districts in the “Gunatsov ’22” assessments by the government, and Gogoi received the award from Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sharma.
Recently, the Konwarpur Press Club honoured Kamaljyoti Gogoi with the ‘Dikhya Ratna Award’ in recognition of his distinguished public service.
