Three food and beverage (F&B) and two retail outlets with a strong brand presence will take part in the carnival. Each of these F&B and retail outlets are offering combos and promotional offers as part of the carnival. Some of the F&B and retail outlets are offering ‘cash back offer’ with ‘buy one get one free’ voucher and promotional offers where the user can avail the coupons at retail outlets. One of the top players in the category of tea retailers is celebrating the ‘International Tea Day’ from May 14 to 22, offering a high value coupon for the users. On the other hand, one renown brand is ensuring additional gifts above a certain value of each food and beverage purchase. One international coffee brand is offering 15% off on Rs 800 and above products.

The idea of a summer carnival is to give useful services to the air travellers for the value of their money. The airport is creating a lifestyle destination of curated art, craft, cuisine and shopping experiences for all age groups. The combos will come in convenient and easy ways for people travelling in groups, especially at the F&B outlets, where one can get the extra bite to eat at reduced fares. Even at the retail outlets, purchase above a certain value will ensure that passengers get additional discounts and certain gifts. Some outlets are also offering discount coupons to the passengers.

The airport will set up four selfie booths with different frolic structures in the departure, arrival, security check area and in the meet and greet area. These booths will create an aesthetic ambience at the airport with fun filled giving the passengers the unique opportunity to flock together around the installations and can enjoy the most beautiful time of the northeast region.  With passenger engagement activities involving especially children passengers, staff and professionals too planned, the carnival promises to enhance passenger experience.
