To ensure the smooth functioning of the airport, dedicated manpower has been deployed to clean the drains at various locations within the facility. Additionally, heavy construction machinery is being utilized to create trenches along the perimeter of the boundary walls, facilitating the proper flow of rainwater on the airside of the terminal.

Emphasizing the utmost priority given to passenger safety and well-being, the airport authorities have demonstrated their commitment to operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction through proactive strategies and robust preparedness measures. The collective efforts of the airport staff reflect their dedication to ensuring a seamless and secure experience for all passengers.

As the monsoon season unfolds, Guwahati Airport stands fully prepared to overcome the challenges posed by adverse weather conditions and provide a safe and efficient travel environment for all.
