DONGKAMUKAM, May 1: MP Horen Sing Bey, also the local member of autonomous council of Rongkhang and executive member of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC) laid the foundations for the construction of a Community Hall at Umteli Ronghang Arong, Community Hall at Langkercha, Open Stage at Longpai, Rongker Shed at Tirkim Tisso Arong, Rongker Shed at Rongkor, Rongker Shed at Langsomepi Terang Arong and Rongker Shed at Umdap-2 under MPLAD Fund in West Karbi Anglong.
On the occasion Baithalangso MLA, also executive member of KAAC, Rupsing Teron and others were present.
