NF Railway notifies cancellation, diversion and rescheduling of trains

GUWAHATI, Dec 24: In view of pre-non interlocking and non interlocking works from 24th to 27th December, 2022 for remodelling of station yard at Mirza under Rangiya division the Northeast Frontier Railway on Saturday notified following trains to be cancelled: Train no. 05608 (Guwahati – Mendipathar) Passenger commencing journey on 26th December, 2022 will remain cancelled; Train no. 05019/05020 (Mendipathar – Guwahati – Mendipathar) Passenger Special and Train No. 05607 (Mendipathar – Guwahati) Passenger commencing journey on 27th December, 2022 will remain cancelled.

The diversions of trains that are going to take place are of the following: Train no. 12346 (Guwahati – Howrah) Saraighat Express commencing journey on 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th December, 2022 and Train no. 15662 (Kamakhya – Ranchi) Express commencing journey on 27th December, 2022 will be diverted via Kamakhya – Rangiya – New Bongaigaon. Train no. 15601 (Dhubri – Guwahati) Express commencing journey on 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th December, 2022, Train no. 12503 (SMVT Bengaluru – Agartala) Express commencing journey on 23rd December, 2022 and Train no. 15078 (Gomti Nagar – Kamakhya) Express commencing journey on 26th December, 2022 will be diverted via New Bongaigaon – Rangiya – Kamakhya.

NFR further notified rescheduling of following trains: Train no. 15655 (Kamakhya – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra) Express commencing journey on 25th December, 2022 is rescheduled at 13:00 hours instead of 11:00 hours.
