GUWAHATI, May 3: In view of the ongoing track repairing work at KM – 110/7 between Jatinga Lampur and New Harangajao under Lumding division of the Northeast Frontier Railways (NFR), several trains have been rescheduled and cancelled.
The trains that have been cancelled are the Guwahati – Silchar – Guwahati Express scheduled to leave from May 3 to 7, the Guwahati – Badarpur – Guwahati Tourist Express scheduled to May 4, the Rangiya – Silchar) Express scheduled to leave on May 4 and 6, the Silchar – Rangiya) Express scheduled to leave on May 5 and 8, the Guwahati – Dullabcherra Express scheduled to leave on May 4 and 6, the Dullabcherra – Guwahati Express scheduled to leave on May 5 and 7, the Silchar – New Tinsukia) Express, the New Tinsukia – Silchar Express, the Silchar – Naharlagun Special and the Naharlagun – Silchar Special scheduled to leave on May 4, 5, 6 and 7 respectively.
On the other hand, the Agartala – Secunderabad Special, which was scheduled to commence on its journey on May 3 has been rescheduled to start at 23:50 hours instead of 06:20 hours.
