NFR notifies cancellation, diversion, rescheduling of trains

HT BureauGUWAHATI, Sept 8: In view of traffic block on Thursday and Friday between New Bongaigaon – Bijni section under Rangiya division, pre non- interlocking and non – interlocking work at Mahwal – Chakia and for non – interlocking work at Saktigarh, Palsit, Rasulpur stations under Howrah division of Eastern Railway few trains have been cancelled, few diverted and rescheduled as mentioned below.

Train no. 05810/05809 (Guwahati – New Bongaigaon – Guwahati) passenger special commencing journey on Friday will remain cancelled, train no. 13181 (Kolkata – Silghat Town) Express commencing journey on September 12 and train no. 13182 (Silghat Town – Kolkata) Express commencing journey on September 13, 2022 will remain cancelled, train no. 13159 (Kolkata – Jogbani) Express commencing journey on September 14 and 16, 2022 and train no. 13160 (Jogbani – Kolkata) commencing journey on September 15 and 17, 2022 will remain cancelled.

Train no. 15705 (Katihar – Delhi) Express commencing journey on September 12, 2022 will be diverted via Muzaffarpur Jn. – Chhapra – Gorakhpur instead of Muzaffarpur Jn. – Narkatiaganj Jn. – Gorakhpur, train no. 15706 (Delhi – Katihar) Express commencing journey on September 13, 2022 will be diverted via Gorakhpur – Chhapra – Hajipur Jn. – Muzaffarpur Jn. instead of Gorakhpur– Narkatiaganj Jn. – Muzaffarpur Jn, train no. 13053 (Howrah – Radhikapur) Express commencing journey on September 14 to 16, 2022 will be diverted via Bandel Jn. – Katwa Jn. – Azimganj Jn. – New Farakka Jn. and will have stoppages at Katwa Jn. and Azimganj Jn, train no. 13054 (Radhikapur – Howrah) Express commencing journey on September 14 to 16, 2022 will be diverted via New Farakka Jn. – Azimganj Jn. – Katwa Jn. – Bandel Jn. and will have stoppages at Azimganj Jn. and Katwa Jn.

Train no. 15962 (Dibrugarh – Howrah) Kamrup Express commencing journey at 23:55 hours on September 8, 2022 is rescheduled at 03:00 hours of September 9, 2022.
