GUWAHATI, April 9: The Northeast Frontier Railway has decided to operate 4 weekly summer special trains for different destinations to clear the extra rush of passengers during summer season. These trains will run between April 13 and July 1, 2022.
Train No. 02307 (Howrah – New Jalpaiguri) special will originate from Howrah railway station at 23:35 hours every Wednesday from April 13 till June 29, 2022 via Bandel – Malda Town – Kishanganj. Train No. 02308 (New Jalpaiguri – Howrah) special will originate from New Jalpaiguri railway station at 12:35 hours every Thursday from April 14 till June 30, 2022 via Kishanganj – Malda Town – Bandel. The summer special train will operate for a total of 12 trips.
Train No. 03129 (Sealdah – New Jalpaiguri) special will originate from Sealdah railway station at 23:10 hours every Thursday from April 14 till June 30, 2022 via Bandel – Malda Town – Kishanganj. Train No. 03130 (New Jalpaiguri – Sealdah) special will originate from New Jalpaiguri railway station at 12:35 hours every Friday from April 15 till July 1, 2022 via Kishanganj – Malda Town – Bandel. The summer special train will operate for a total of 12 trips.
Train No. 03101 (Sealdah – Kamakhya) special will originate from Sealdah railway station at 21:40 hours every Friday from April 15 till June 24, 2022 via Bandel – Malda Town – Goalpara Town. Train No. 03102 (Kamakhya – Sealdah) special will originate from Kamakhya railway station at 23:15 hours every Saturday from April 16 till June 25, 2022 via Goalpara Town – Malda Town – Bandel. The summer special train will operate for a total of 11 trips.
Train No. 05870 (Rangapara North – Puri) special will originate from Rangapara North railway station at 05:00 hours every Monday from April 18 till June 6, 2022 via Rangiya – New Jalpaiguri– Kharagpur – Bhubaneswar. Train No. 05869 (Puri – Rangapara North) special will originate from Puri railway station at 05:00 hours every Wednesday from April 20 till June 8, 2022 via Bhubaneswar – Kharagpur – New Jalpaiguri – Rangiya. The summer special train will operate for a total of 8 trips.
