GUWAHATI, Oct 26: Over 60 young girls from across Assam gathered in the serene and welcoming atmosphere of Terapanth Bhawan to participate in a unique and transformative event organized by the Terapanth Sabha. The “Sanskar Nirmaan Shivir for Girls,” spanning five days, aimed to instill a profound understanding in these young participants: “I am responsible for my good health and happiness.”
Namita Kothari, a Professional Pranic healer and trainer from GMCKS Lightworkers Pranic Healing Centre in Uzan Bazar, Chennikuti, Guwahati, led the program. Supported by her dedicated team, including Shobha Saboo, Ruchika Saraogi, Shashwat Kothari, and Lakhi, this event served as a beacon of light, guiding young souls towards self-discovery and empowerment.
The five-day journey was designed to be a holistic experience for the girls, where they learned to consciously develop core values, inner strength, confidence, and self-love. The primary objective was to transform ordinary lives into extraordinary ones and equip these young minds with the tools to handle life’s challenges and manage their emotions effectively, especially anger.
On Day 1 of the Shivir, one of the primary lessons imparted was the importance of keeping negativity at bay. The girls were taught how to recognize and eliminate negative thoughts, emotions, words, and actions. They were encouraged to embrace positivity and mindfulness, allowing these virtues to flow smoothly into their lives like a gentle, life-giving stream.
In a world where young hearts are often burdened by the pressures of modern life, the girls received invaluable tips on how to keep the battery of their lives fully charged. They were shown the path to becoming the best version of themselves, an aspiration met with genuine appreciation and acceptance.
A particularly noteworthy part of the program was the demonstration of super brain yoga by Shobha Saboo. This practice helps keep their energies balanced, enabling the girls to harness the power of their minds and bodies in harmony.
The success of this program will extend beyond imparting knowledge, leaving the girls inspired and transformed. The lessons learned will undoubtedly shape their futures, instilling within them the belief that they are indeed responsible for their own good health and happiness.
The Terapanth Sabha, through this remarkable initiative, is sowing the seeds of self-reliance and positivity in the hearts of these girls. The Sanskar Nirmaan Shivir for girls serves as a testament to the power of self-awareness and self-love, illuminating the path to happiness and well-being. Such events demonstrate that, when guided with care and wisdom, the young minds of today can blossom into the empowered, confident, and joyful leaders of tomorrow.
