Tezpur, Sept 13: An incidence of brutal murder was took place in Dhekidol village near Tezpur resulting in  death of one Bhagawan Orang on Sunday night under Salonibari police outpost.

As per sources, as a result of family centric conflict between Bhagawan Orang and his elder brother Howrah Orang and Howrah’s son Chanika Orang, Howrah and Chanika attacked Bhagawan with sharp weapons. Bhagawan Orang embraced death on the way to hospital. Police apprehended both of the accused Howrah Orang and his son Chanika Orang. The accused father and son are currently in police custody.
