Pramod Boro Flags Off CEM’s Super 50 For UPSC Coaching To Delhi

GUWAHATI, Aug 16: An orientation programme for selected aspirants of chief executive member’s (CEM’s) Super 50 for Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) coaching was held at Hotel Radisson Blu in Guwahati on Tuesday.

Notably, a total 50 candidates have been selected from different districts of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) for the UPSC coaching for 11 months. The CEM’s Super 50 mission for UPSC coaching initiative has been initiated by department of Education of BTR Government at free of costs.

The selected aspirants were selected through the screening tests which was held on 5th August, 2022 and the mission was launched on 20th July, 2022 at Dhaligaon of Chirang district.

The selected aspirant candidates will go training under the bold leadership of Bodoland Territorial Region Government in association with Chanakya IAS Academy, Delhi to produce more IAS, IPS, IFS from Bodoland region in days to come.

The CEM’s Super 50 mission for UPSC coaching is an initiative of Government of Bodoland Territorial Region.

An interaction session with aspirant candidates was also held. Special DGP GP Singh, commissioner and secretary, Government of Assam Siddharth Singh shared their valuable experiences and motivated them.

BTR deputy CEM Gabinda Chandra Basumatary, Assam cabinet minister Urkhao Gwra Brahma were attended as guests and addressed the occasion.

BTR CEM Pramod Boro while attending the event, extended congratulations to all the CEM Super 50 candidates. He said, “It feels like we are sending a contingent to the Olympic Games. While we expect a sure Gold, we will not have anything less than a Bronze.” He wished everyone success in their studies and said that they carry with them the hopes and aspirations of the people of BTR as well as Assam.

He has expressed his hope that the selected aspirant UPSC candidates will persevere and stick to their goal through thick and thin eventually coming out as winners for themselves, their families, communities and BTR.
